Production Time: Orders will be processed within 5-15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item is handed to the delivery carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package.
Shipping Provider Delays: Please note that any delays caused by the shipping provider are out of our control. If your order is delayed, we kindly ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly for updates on the status of your item.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Time: The delivery time varies based on the destination and other factors. It may take 30-45 days for the item to be delivered. If you have not received your item after 45 days, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve any shipping issues promptly.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we're here to assist if you have any issues. If you need to return or exchange your product, please reach out to us via email first.
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering all shipping and associated costs for returning the product to us.
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be in unused, original condition. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns for products that have been altered or installed.
For a smooth fit, try using double-sided tape to test the item on your car before permanently installing it. This will help you determine if the product is the right fit without altering its original condition. Keep in mind that all returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of sale.
