Production Time: Orders will be processed within 5-15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item is handed to the delivery carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package.

Shipping Provider Delays: Please note that any delays caused by the shipping provider are out of our control. If your order is delayed, we kindly ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly for updates on the status of your item.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Time: The delivery time varies based on the destination and other factors. It may take 30-45 days for the item to be delivered. If you have not received your item after 45 days, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve any shipping issues promptly.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. In the case of returning or exchanging the product please email us first to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the returned product must be in unused, original condition. We will not take any returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund, all products or devices must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that were sold as part of a bundle unless the full bundle is returned completely. We also do not accept returns for products that were trimmed, drilled, installed, painted, or somehow modified by a customer. We are not responsible for improper installation on the vehicle. Before installation, using double-sided tape, you can try on the parts on the car. This will help you to see the fit of the item without modifying the item's original condition in case you decide to return it.
